We are excited to announce that AMS now offers secure data shredding services, providing a reliable solution to protect your sensitive information. With our trusted service, you can ensure that your data is securely destroyed, giving you peace of mind every step of the way.
We will provide lockable tote boxes with numbered security tags for the collection of items that are to be securely destroyed.
These boxes will be opened at the point of destruction and the process, including image capture of the seal being removed, and destruction of the media will be video recorded.
Where items carry a serial number (typically a Bar Code), they will be scanned & recorded prior to destruction, and this will be included in the Certificate of destruction, along with the video recording as evidence of the destruction process for assured GDPR compliance.
