This year we continued our commitment to supporting the next generation. Showcasing at the Dorset County Show
One of the standout moments of the summer was our presence at the Dorset County Show. It was fantastic to meet customers, catch up with partners, and showcase what AMS and Canford have been working on behind the scenes. The energy was high, the turnout was brilliant, and the feedback was inspiring.
Hot Radio LIVE from AMS Canford
May brought something completely new — Hot Radio broadcasting live from our Canford site!
The team brought both the Friday Frolics and the beloved breakfast show straight to our yard, filling the site with great music, great vibes, and great memories. A truly unique day at AMS.
Annual AMS & Canford Renewable Energy Golf Day
Our much-loved AMS & Canford Renewable Energy Golf Day returned for another successful year.
An amazing turnout, friendly competition, and the perfect chance to bring together colleagues, partners, and friends of AMS. It’s quickly becoming a signature event, and 2025 kept the tradition strong.

This year saw some major additions to our heavy machinery lineup, ensuring we stay efficient, capable, and ready for anything.
Case 120 Tractor
We introduced our brand-new Case 120 tractor, a powerful upgrade that’s already proving its value across our sites.
Volvo EC210F
Another big arrival was the Volvo EC210F, joining operations and stepping straight into crushing work with ease.
Volvo EC140EL
We also welcomed the Volvo EC140EL to our Canford fleet — a reliable, versatile machine strengthening our capacity even further.
2025 has truly been a year of levelling up.
New Service Launch: Secure Data Shredding & Destruction
A huge step forward for AMS, as we launched our GDPR-compliant secure data shredding and destruction service, now available at our Canford Recycling Centre.
This includes safe destruction of:
- Mobile phones
- Hard drives
- Tape decks
- And a wide range of sensitive data media
It’s a service designed for businesses and individuals who need peace of mind when disposing of confidential data and early uptake has been incredibly positive.
